We at The Alan S. Harris Group, are very pleased to provide the following scope of work for our Executive Development/Coaching Program.
Executive development/coaching is available for Senior Executives over a 6 to 12 month period depending upon goals and objectives and the needs of the organization. Time spent with each individual can run between 2 to 3 hours per session and the suggested number of sessions would be 1 every 10 to 14 days. Flexibility and sensitivity is built in to the individual’s calendar.
If appropriate five or six assessment tests would be administered, each individual would be responsible for multiple homework assignments, interactive techniques such as use of multimedia and videotaped presentations are also used throughout the development/coaching time frame.
Our approach to working with the individual would include the use of a leadership feedback awareness tool which encompasses discussions with 10 to 15 people who are important to the individual’s growth. They would be asked 10 questions developed by the individual being coached. The feedback would be summarized in a report and reviewed with the individual. This would lead to a development plan consisting of objectives and timeframes.
Executive development/coaching is particularly useful for key individuals in whom the organization has a substantial investment and commitment. Executive development/coaching is recognition that the individual is worthy of support and assistance and that performance enhancement will benefit the company as well as the individual. Goals and objectives are established with the individual and their sponsor which would be the focus of the executive development/coaching engagement.
